Thoughts
I have decided to post something on the 'Currency Manipulation' issue as I think it is an important development in the trade relationship.
I will elaborate on the strategic triangle element of the China-Russia-US relationship at a later date.
However, it is easy enough to argue that China is the focus of US deliberations not Russia, and that at the core of the current Russia/US relationship is a desire to limit Chinese power.
